Sunshine Coast Council is preparing a new planning scheme, which will provide the framework for managing our region’s future growth and development.

Expressions of interest are now invited from interested community members to be a part of the New Planning Scheme Community Reference Group (CRG).

The CRG will provide key input and guidance to Council about the best ways to engage with the community during preparation of the new planning scheme.

The CRG will consist of an independent chair and up to 10 community members. CRG members will be chosen based on their ability to represent a range of interest areas and demographics, to ensure the group is representative and inclusive of our diverse Sunshine Coast community.
