Adoption and Commencement of Sunshine Coast Planning Scheme 2014 (Major Amendment) No. 19 - Caloundra Centre Master Plan
Council adopted the Sunshine Coast Planning Scheme 2014 (Major Amendment) No. 19 – Caloundra Centre Master Plan on 9 September 2019.
The purpose and general effect of the Sunshine Coast Planning Scheme 2014 (Major Amendment) - Caloundra Centre Master Plan is to reflect the adopted Caloundra Centre Master Plan and respond to a small number of other matters related to development in the Caloundra Centre, including:
- the zoning, the Height of buildings and structures overlay, the precincts and the assessment benchmarks for the Caloundra Local Plan Area;
- the tables of assessment for development in the Caloundra Local Plan Area and generally for development on Council owned or controlled land in the Community facilities zone; and
- amending transport and parking figures to reflect proposed new road and public transport routes in Caloundra.
The amendment took effect on and from 23 September 2019.
A copy of the amendment is available for inspection or purchase at Council’s Development Information Counter located at 10 First Avenue, Maroochydore. A copy of the amendment is also be available for inspection at Council’s Caloundra Office located at 1 Omrah Avenue, Caloundra or can be viewed and downloaded from Council’s website
