The 2018/19 Development Services Register of Cost Recovery Fees and Commercial Charges will be introduced on 1 July 2018.

The register includes adjustments to fees across the following two schedules:

The main change across both schedules is a general 1.9% increase to fees and charges for development assessment, development information, development audit and compliance.

The Planning, Engineering and Environment Assessment fees have been updated to incorporate improvements to the existing Development Advice Services, including the addition of several new and refined paid services.
